Preview of Kevin and Sarah Graham's Wedding

Kevin and Sarah's wedding was beautiful, from start to finish. I'm excited to share all of their photos... Before I get too overwhelmed by my own last-minute wedding plans (10 more days!), I wanted to post a few photos for Kevin and Sarah. These photos capture the moments they shared just before the wedding. Thank you for welcoming Tim and I in to spend the day with you, your family, and friends :)

We're all grown up :)

Our very own Lainie Hinkle (ringleader of many a fort-building excursion, match-maker of our little Badin neighboorhood, and wearer of the plaid bathing suit) got married yesterday and I had the honor of photographing her wedding. It was a day filled with many surprises in terms of weather, but they made the best of the pouring rain and had a beautiful wedding despite it :)

Jon and Lily's Wedding

Jon and Lily are two of my favorites and I had the joy of capturing their wedding day for them along with Taylor Horton. I always expect wedding days to be hectic and stressful, but spending the day with them was so comfortable. Jon and Lil worked hard to ensure that the focus of the entire weekend was on God and how he brought the two of them together. It was beautiful, as were each of the details that Lily put into her wedding. She spent many many hours scouring etsy, ebay, and various thrift stores for the beautiful pieces in her wedding - from the vintage typewriter she used as a guestbook to the tea-stained luggage tags for table seating cards to each individual place card that she handmade with scrabble pieces and other found letters.
Enjoy some of my beautiful friend's big day!

Lily's reaction to the sudden pounding rain outside. Lanise, her matron of honor kept her calm and reassured her that her chuppah would be okay :)

Each program was sewn together by Lily and her mom.
Lily typed each individual seating card on a vintage typewriter she found at a thrift store in Louisiana.

Lily's dad is looking out for her!

Lily's mom Bambi had one request for the reception- she wanted to have her own dance with her daughter. I was nearly in tears by the end. And I love that Lil wears her rings on her right hand if only for the sake of this shot :)
